From November to March, PÁTIO offers long-term stays for guests who would like to make Faial their home for a little longer. Wake up surrounded by the Atlantic, green meadows and neighbouring islands. Work remotely, explore Faial at your own pace, enjoy the outdoors or simply slow down and experience the quieter side of the Azores. Your stay includes weekly housekeeping and fresh bed linen and towels, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, access to our heated saltwater pool and sauna, plus a €50 SPA voucher for every month of your stay.

For your long-term stay, the Tiny House offers a compact and independent space for one guest, with a private bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining area, a double bed set in a cosy sleeping alcove, as well as a private garden and parking space. With views towards the Atlantic, village and surrounding countryside, it’s a simple and comfortable base for experiencing Faial at your own pace.

Apartments
Space to Breathe. Views to Remember.
For your long-term stay, our Apartments offer extra space to settle in, with a separate bedroom, private bathroom and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Designed for up to two guests, each apartment also has its own outdoor space and private parking. Wake up to views across green meadows towards the Atlantic and the neighbouring islands of Pico, São Jorge and Graciosa — a comfortable base for living, working and experiencing Faial at your own pace.

Quinta do Moinho
Made for Sharing. Designed for Memories.
For your long-term stay, Quinta do Moinho offers generous space and privacy for up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living, dining and working areas. Two wood-burning stoves bring extra warmth and comfort to winter days, while a private garden, entrance and parking give you plenty of space of your own. Set in the heart of PÁTIO, with sweeping views across the Atlantic, Faial Caldeira and the neighbouring islands of Pico, São Jorge and Graciosa, it’s a place to settle in, share everyday moments and experience the quieter rhythm of Faial.

General Rules
Payment
All Long-Term Winter Stay rates are non-refundable. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
Security Deposit
A €250 security deposit is required for all Long-Term Winter Stays. The deposit will be fully refunded after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
Availability
Long-Term Winter Stays are subject to availability and available from November to March, with a minimum stay of one month.
Car Rental
Car rental can be arranged on request at an additional charge and is subject to availability.
